Power is divided in the Four Pillars as follows: Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong holds the Secretariat, and the Prime Minister holds the Government. In the Secretariat, the number of commissions is less than at the number of the ministries but the number of the Politburo members is much more. It is worth mentioning that the other two pillars are the Presidential post and the National Assembly chair, both growing from the roots of the General Secretary’s pillar.
Currently, Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong allows senior officials to enjoy their privileges. Members of the Party Central Committee are located in localities and businesses, who are managed by the Secretariat. Just over half of the term that Mr. Nguyen Phu Trong has selected personnel for the 14th Congress, it shows that Mr. Trong is competing for interests, not paying attention to the country’s socio-economic issues. Mr. Trong is currently doing two big things, the first is to burn the furnace, the second is to arrange his people in the agencies under the management of the Secretariat. These two jobs of Mr. Trong complement each other. Burn the furnace to make room, and thereby shove people from his side.
The Viet A case and the rescue flight were, after all, a shared meal. Rather, that is, the judge demands money from the judged, or, the latter get money from the former. In general, this is also the food tray of officials and the execution apparatus. The case of the rescue flight showed that the victims were ordinary people and they did not receive any compensation. And the case is similar, also a tray for those who sit in the judgment chair, get money from the officials who once sucked the blood of the ordinary people. There is no interest for the robbed ordinary people.
So, the picture of Vietnamese society today has 2 trays, the tray for sharing power and the tray for sharing money, in both of which, only the officials enjoy, but the ordinary people have no benefit. Choosing personnel for the 14th Congress is the distribution tray. And the courts of the great cases are the trays for the distribution of money to the officials sitting in the judgment seat.
The state and party officials have two delicious trays, and the poor have to find a way to survive every day, how is it?
In Ho Chi Minh City, which is considered the economic locomotive of the country, the situation is extremely bleak, the life of the poor, which is already difficult, is getting harder and harder. According to Phap Luat newspaper, workers are constantly checking out, and the landlords are now also miserable. Too many businesses have closed. Up to now, there have been 113,000 businesses that have closed or stopped operating nationwide. Workers who lost their jobs continuously checked out of their hometowns, business was sluggish, many landlords in Tan Tao ward, Binh Tan district were like “sitting on the fire.”
Along the alley 58, street 5, Tan Tao ward, Binh Tan district, which is known as the renting center in Ho Chi Minh City, a gloomy atmosphere enveloped the whole hostel. Occasionally, a few landlords with moody faces bring the sign “Room for rent” to hang in front of the house.
The supply chain for the lives of the poor is now broken. Workers go home to catch snails and pick vegetables to live through the day, self-sufficient in order to survive. In the city, not only is the business model of worker’s accommodation miserable, but markets, shops, and street vendors… for workers are also sluggish. There are many types of services that follow workers who also die without yawning.
From now until the end of the year, the poor will be even more miserable, because this year’s economy shows signs of being worse than last year. However, at the top, the Communist officials were still jubilantly dividing interests, while the lower levels divided the money and perks, after the blood-sucking group was picked up. No matter how the country is in crisis, officials are still rich, still sending their children to study abroad, still building mansions, still buying luxury cars, etc… Vietnam is like that. Ordinary people are suffering for the glory of the Party, and for the officials to fill their pockets.
